We want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all VIVI® electric bikes in their original, unassembled condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your performance or fit, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to start the return authorization process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Bike

  Ensure the electric bike is clean, unused, and securely repacked in its original factory packaging including all tools, chargers, and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Once your return is authorized, attach the provided shipping label and drop the package off at the designated carrier location for transit to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
