How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the model and terrain, VIVI® electric bikes typically offer a range of 25 to 50 miles. Using the Pedal Assist System (PAS) will maximize your distance compared to full throttle mode.
Do VIVI® electric bikes require professional assembly?
Our bikes arrive 85-90% pre-assembled. We provide comprehensive video guides and all necessary tools to complete the setup in about 30-45 minutes. However, we recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer free standard shipping on all bike orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via FedEx or UPS within 3-7 business days.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every VIVI® electric bike is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear components like tires and brake pads are not included.
Can I ride my VIVI® bike in the rain?
VIVI® bikes are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure washers to protect the electrical components.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
